The rapist
When White Mike was in tenth grade there was a rapist at large. Megan didn´t wanted to go home alone so White Mike went with her.
In the middle of fifth avenue he goes into a shop to buy chocolate milk there he saw a picture of the rapist and his clothes looked similiar to Mikeßs clothes. When he looked at the picture he thought about how this guy would rape Megan.

i think you missunderstood something.
White Mike is telling something about the rapist...
He went with Megan to her house and then on his way back he bought some chocolate milk and saw a picture of the rapist. It was a nondescribed black guy whose clothes looked similar to what White Mike is wearing.
While wachting the picture he thought about how this guy would rape Megan...
